Digital guidance for implant placement can be performed statically with time-delayed surgical templates or with a convenient same day dynamic guide. The objective of this presentation is to understand the need for digital guidance and explores avenues to accomplish a digitally based workflow and execution for subsequent procedures utilizing dynamic guidance. This presentation will include data collection required for guided surgery, the uses of static and dynamic virtual guidance for dental implant therapy, and the tools needed to perform virtual treatment planning.
